How To Send A Fax With Google Fax Before using this fax method, you will need to create a Gmail email address and register with a fax provider online. Many of these service providers offer a 30 day trial to decide if you like the services offered before making your final decision.
They also offer bundle packs, which allow you, to receive your voice mail messages and your own toll free number. After you have set up your Gmail and fax provider accounts, you will be ready to start using your email to send fax.
Simply log in to your email account and click on "compose" to start sending your fax documents. You will need to add the fax number of the recipient in the "send" to box.
Do not forget to fill in the subject box so that your recipient knows what it is referring to, as well. Next, the "attachments" tab and add all the documents from your computer that you want to send.
